Friday the 2nd May was our 5th annual Global Day for People + Planet! Our Shaw Contract team joined together around the globe to give back to our local communities.

Starting on the east coast of Australia we passed the baton all around the globe; throughout Asia, UK & Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa, Latin America, USA and finishing on the west coast of Canada - we gave associates time off to join their colleagues across the whole company to volunteer their services.

Team Bangalore: Lake rejuvenation

Breathing life into a lake. 

Our Bangalore team, along with associates from adrianse* and WPS, got on a lake cleaning drive under the guidance of experts from Malligavad Foundation.

Team Hyderabad: Seed balls for reforestation

Our team in Hyderabad partnered with Dhruvansh NGO at Nekampur Lake Park made seed balls, along with friends from Zyeta's Hyderabad's team and Seating World Office. 

Team Delhi: Quality time at Apna Ghar Ashram

Meaningful moments with resilient women

The Delhi team, along with friends from Design Domain and Office Talks, spent quality time with the challenged lady citizens of Apna Ghar Ashram and contributed needful products to the entity.

Team Pune: Medical supplies for a hospital

Contributing  medical supplies

The Pune team, along with friends from DSP Design Associates, Ergo Systems, got together and contributed essential medical supplies to a renowned medical hospital in Aundh, Pune. 

Team Mumbai: Life quality at Dignity Foundation 

Enhancing life quality of senior citizens 

The Mumbai team joined colleagues from Concept Consilio India and Matrix Architectural Solutions to support the inspiring efforts of Dignity Foundation and enhance life quality of senior citizens.
